English players don't need to move abroad since playing outside the PL is generally a step down footballing wise and in terms of culture outside football the UK is one of the most civilized technology advanced country's in the world and 2nd only to America mainstream and entertainment wise and English in the most spoken language in the world, all these factors come into accusation when players move aboard, so as you can see English players don't need to go overseas to find better competition or a better lifestyle.
