The best managers already are involved in projects. The ones struggling to land jobs, or looking for teams, or on the verge of being sacked from their current jobs have various problems.

The most disappointed guy today must be Rafa Marquez. Most realistically he was the guy to lead Barca during season zero of 2024/25, while we wait for the Camp Nou rebuild and Klopp's sabbatical. Personally speaking from what I've seen in Laporta's devotion to Cruyffismo, Klopp is not coming. We'll see.
