I don’t really blame him for losing at Old Trafford as most teams have this season. However, given the budget the team should never been in the position of having to face United in a EL ro16 qualifier.

Bring in Tuchel and you will have plenty of fans bitching and whining. "This is not our style of play", "He's not a barca style coach", I thought I was negative but this forum takes it up a notch. Truth is we are stuck in this situation and it's not like Xavi can spend $2 billion like Man U. We are fuked financially and may have a worse squad next season due to not affording contract renewals.

The fact that we are so good defensively should be given some credit to Xavi. I am personally very happy about our LL campaign, but our squad today was just not better thna Man U's. In fact Man U's current squad is CL KO level. Rest you can blame Xavi on, like intensity, dealing with pressure, and squad adjustments
We are not playing attacking football. It is defensive and sterile. We need a new WC manager, but it does not have to be Tuchel.

United had 7 or 8 absences in first leg. We had everyone but Dembele, at home (big game bottler according to you so we weren't missing much).

What was the excuse for playing so poorly there?

Another bad logic response.

Take out Rashford and Bruno, and United are out. That's the equivalent players to Dembele and Pedri/Gavi in their team.

They missed some players, but not the key ones. Simple as that.

If anything, the fact that they time wasted hiding the balls vs a Barca missing their best players is making United look bad.

Xavi is not a problem at all lol. He's one of the main reasons why we are 8 points ahead in the league.

OK, so we lost without our best players one game vs Inter, 2 vs Bayern and 1 vs United, all top teams. Big fucking deal. Jesus wept. Sack the manager. How do you come up with this stuff is beyond me.

It's completely childish.

We are historically lucky never conceding goals(expected goals against), that's why the 8-point lead or whatever. Good luck is what is floating the boat in LaLiga.

Pep's looking frustrated in Manchester this season. Go back to him and send Xavi back to Doha.

He isn't coming back.

The real chance was ETH in the summer. Laporta blew it, because he is an idiot.

The only one available now that fits our style and is top coach is Pochetino.

But Laporta is renewing Xavi FFS

I know.

Don't agree with Pochettino being a good option, but we've discussed this before so won't go down that path again. Just agree to disagree there.

No matter how you spin it with the injuries, ref decisions and all but two EL exits in two years is a damning assessment of Xavi's job in Europe. If he doesn't get us at least to the quarter-finals of CL next season he has to go, regardless of how well we do in La Liga.

Said the guy who two pages before wrote that Antony is a 100 m player, implying that he is a game changer for UTD

LOL

Stop posting, you are embarrassing yourself

Stop spoouting shite.

Martinez has been their best CB this season and they played Shaw there away to Barca.

Barca missed on player at home before Pedris injury.

Lets be honest, which club isn't renewing their coach if their domestic form is great? Its the bread and butter after all.

There is no chance Xavi gets sacked before the end of the 23/24 season. We probably win LL--> he gets renewed. There is no way he gets sacked mid season next season, even though we're going to get thumped in Europe again. He has too much money in the bank with the Catalans and Laporta is a politician and clown. This club is going to have a hard few next seasons, if we haven't already had some.
