Watching it again, that whole sequence was gorgeous, and shows the technical ability, calm, and creativity that puts Barça in a class above. Busquets instant return pass to Iniesta, perfectly controlled and passed to Xavi, who impeccably redirects the pass into his dribble, the off ball running of the forwards (Pedro out to in), Xavi running right, not yet releasing the ball, then going left (as Pedro changes direction in to out), before finally releasing the ball the opposite way to the now-unmarked Pedro, who controls with a great first touch, and finishes clinically.
The pass was great, but even more so his patience. Almost anyone else would have released the ball earlier; Xavi drew players left and waited until Pedro lost his marker (who was picking up Messi).
