If we pay the money then we can get almost any manager. We talk of the club being paupers then we see Lewy on the money he is on, and that Xavi is one of the highest paid managers in the world.

Madness that we couldn't attract any top name that doesn't have a buyout clause (which would effect FFP without sales).

Those sides wont hire him on what hes shown already. He needs to show more to be hired by another top side, the reason we hired him is his history as a Barca player.

He can join a B club first. If he wins titles there too, after Barca, he is gonna become very desirable. It's up to him.

Almost? You're joking. The best 7-8 are almost impossible.

What are the magical clubs that would do better that us because they have proper departments and org structure under our exact circumstances?, I'd genuinely like to know.

It's like comparing apples and oranges.

If the people at the club now including Xavi were the ones to get us here, I'd understand that line of reasoning more.

Building a brand new stadium
Developing youth players
Putting a competitive team on the table
Restructuring our debts so it didn't kill us.

Terrible job they are doing.

"@FCBRonit
Hansi Flick has been in contact with Premier League clubs in recent days. He’d been waiting for Barcelona for a ‘considerable’ time frame, as described by the people close to him, but now he’s keeping his career at the highest priority. "

No kidding. This guy has made it clear through agents intermediaries and leaks, that he dreams of coaching Barca, and the circus running our club did not make one move to even talk to him the past two months
It's only reasonable for him to look elsewhere

By end of April, there will be 0 top coaches available for next season.
And our clownish bozo will do the usual "i tried to get Pep, Enrique, etc" stupid lie to cover his inability (for the idiots at the fanbase) before he hires Rafa Marquez for next season

Context is important. Klopp is taking a sabbatical while Pep is enjoying his harem of blondes, big calves and centrebacks. Then there are guys who started their project like LE who are naturally not on the table.

But then what is available this window.
Flick
Tuchel
Naggelsmann
Conceicao
Mourinho

You think we can't sign any of them?

Then you have those who have 10m +/- buyout clauses

De Zerbi
Motta

We can't sign them if we pay the BO?

You can sign some from that list. But most aren't among the best unless you widen that list a lot.

A mix of former elite managers that are washed up these days, some promising names that didn't achieve much so far at the big level, some good managers that are coming after some bad stints.

apart from Mouringo, the others in the list are top notch cases (Coinceiicao maybe less), and some of them (like Nagelsmann) are even standout

Serious clubs make moves and build projects on them

Pep, Klopp, Arteta, Simeone, Ancelotti, Luis Enrique, Simone Inzaghi.

Tuchel is the only one that might deserve to be in that list based on his recent achievements, but he seems to have a difficult personality that gets him in trouble quickly at every club almost. Conte is another manager like that.

I don't see anyone in this list as a top manager TBH, they are all just varying degreed of good managers to young managers with potential.

But those are the best available

Minus De zerbi,tuchel, Mourinho

Of course budget is not important. Why would money to sign top players be important in football?
For the most part of Xavis reign, especially first par of this season, Xavis team played abominable football against teams having thrice to tenfold lesser budget than current Barca. He chose mostly wrong players with wrong attributes, mentality and injury history. He was unable to change tactically to amend during games. He chimpet out in every single game things didn't go his way. Money has nothing to do with his problems and current purple patch (which maybe happened, because lot of players are happy that he fucks off evenutally) will probably end with another blowout in up coming Quatar game. Even, if they somehow manage to beat them, it doesn't erase these problems and you having another dumb self serving take.

Serious talk about Xavi staying should be held after the PSG tie.
Mbappe is incredible, but that PSG Starting XI apart from him isn't really all that.
