I see him more as a commentator/analyst/pundit than as a coach.

As a coach, he would be a PR nightmare. He's way too honest and biased. On the other hand, he would be awesome at kicking Tomas Roncero's ass on Punto Pelota!

Xavi would be a beast commentator. Just imagine doing 360s and shouting GOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

I don't see him as a coach either. He's a smart guy though and should definitely assume some role in the club.

I want him to become a coach, so I get to see him more often. He has an unique way of looking at the game and has great tactical awareness, is the vice captain for both club and country. He has leadership qualities for sure, only time will tell which direction will he take but I hope he becomes a coach.

i think the change he made in the spain game was genius. he practically made villa take his position and what a great job villa did at it. when he retires he must atleast be assistant manager or director of football

if pep decides to leave while xavi is still playing, player/coach would be the tits... i think he could do very well as a coach if he wanted to pursue it and put his mind to it.
