the very very underrated aspect of xavi's game is actually his dribbling and ability to run past defenders. he does it in his own unique way though. i try to watch him and try to understand it clearly,sometimes he gets past 3-4 defenders like they weren't even there. since he has the ball always so close to him it makes it ofcourse much easier but the easiness of how he can go right in the mixzone is amazing. me always makes those little turns that puts the defenders straight legs so he can run easily past them. i would love to see any stats how how many KM the ran yesterday and how many of that was in possession. i wouldn't be surprised if it was over 50%.

His pressing is also underrated. In terms of intelligent pressing, he's probably the best at Barca. I also like how he often goes to the striker position to make space for cut backs for Messi or for Iniesta and Messi's dribbles.
