As an Arab Qatar for sure
Qatar is gr8 country and very beautiful ,Doha is on its way to be next Dubai .it isn't freaking Qatar at all.gr8 country with gr8 sporting project .
Actually I think he made right decision .Aspire is huge for any athlete .a country that is crazy about football .

A friend of mine works in Qatar and he says girls will often come to him and offer him sex for like 5 $ (actually less,I'm converting here..) . Is it true that people are pretty poor and girls are abused? ( I know it's off-topic but I'm sorry, I'm just really curious since this is a rare chance).

I can't say as i didn't live there and my friends who lived there didn't talk about it,but many poor (I mean really really poor) girls from other poor countries end in prostitution in many Gulf countries which is sad really .
It is the way it is in most of the world I guess,there will always those who use poor girls with dream of good life in such way
