We won a trophy so he is better.
His team has Olmo but lacks Cancelo and Felix.
Overall a better coach but La Liga is not made for the German swarming.
Given the attack is mediocre so there is lot of room to improve if you buy quality.

FFS you ruined my evening....
You reminded me how clueless AF Xavi was off the ball.

All people whine here day in day out about the high line and stuff.
Just rewatch a Xavi game from the last 2 seasons.

Any opposition could bypass our press with ease. Guy had no idea what a pressing trigger is. He thought pressing is make the players run around like headless chickens

PFewwww
We are 10 tiers above that shit this season even in our worst

The league win was fantastic.

But the big difference between Xavi and Flick is that with Xavi we were chasing the most cleansheets and least goals conceded record

I would say easily Flick wins this. The football quality is not comparable. Team dynamics have improved massively, results are good (excluding some bad form in league last month), CL performance is night and day, big wins are back on the menu, Flick is not constantly whining and getting red cards. We still have inconsistent displays but we also score multiple goals regularly. no contest in my opinion.

How convenient

Just to make it clear: I like Flick and hope he succeeds. But our season literally clings on CL success in January
