I think xavi Intends to go back to his 433, this setup is just something that gets the best of the squad as it's currently setup, eventually we will need the LF position to start producing consistent goals, can't just be on lewa & Dembele will never be a scoring winger.

Hopefully Ansu can do a Dembele like resurgence regarding his fitness troubles, as he's still quite clearly our best option there. I'd still like us to bring in a quality LW this summer (and sell Ferran to get at least some money back before it's too late) to cover our asses just in case Ansu doesn't get back to his best or won't be able to be a consistent starter. And if we agree to an extension with Dembele, we'd then be well covered on both wings at least for a few years.

It seems that the board has realized that we have zero chances in Europe, so they are keeping Xavi and building La liga-based team which should be able to scrape 1:0 wins against Girona, Getafe, Levante every weekend.

- Play scarcely Eric Garcia, while he is 20 tiers above ALonso as CB
- Ignore the best CB of La Masia Chad Riad just to play Inigo and Alonso in rotation games.

This summer is gonna be like last summer, where a bunch of fans were like we're gonna sign a bunch of old players, only for us to sign.

Christensen
All players in their prime.

This summer will be the same, well sign 1/2 older players, hopefully including gundogan and 2/3 young players.

And they'll still be talking about azpi.
