 @ Pep dealing with Neymars Ego.

what will he do, treat him as a Pariah for being c0cky or trying to score more goals than Messi(like Ibra)?

Pep clearly needs to improve his man management skills.

You brought in a superior player in Mascherano who took over the role of Yaya in the squad, so tbh I don't see where the problem lies for Barca fans here? You don't miss Yaya at all.

No, I think Mascherano is a better defender than the Yaya.

But the Yaha was better as a DM. He seems a bit slow for Man City now though...

he seems a bit SLOW?

are you on the drink son?

He makes lung busting athletic energetic forward runs with the ball almost every match and no one on the other team can keep up with him.

Why always so pessimistic HBA? You need to cheer up. There are plenty of ways for doing exactly that but none of them involve exaggaration for the sake of it.

From what I recall reading in the Catalan press then Toure demanded more playing time as well as a pay rise. This was not possible because of the difficult economic situation when Rosell took charge. That combined with a disappointing 09-10 season for Toure made it pretty obvious how it would end. Especially when City offered a ridicules wage and the opportunity to play with his brother.

I do not recall any problems with Pep and Toure apart from the latter wanting more playing time. In fact Pep tried to convince Yaya of staying (I recall that he even wrote that on his FB in French) but then it was to late because of City's astronomical offer and the lack of guarantee of constant playing time.

Well man managetment is crucial for a teams success. Therefore I doubt that Pep (of all people) has any problems or major issues of importance in that department. Remember that we only know the version of the events from one part. I am pretty sure that both Ibra and Toure were mostly to blame themselves. (not including Bojan as this is a completely different case).

Pep has repeatedly praised Villa, as recently as yesterday, so I doubt that highly.

Improvin' Perfection!!
As much as I like Pep,in order to become a great coach like SAF or Wenger Pep should be more vocal, show little bit smartness in man-management.He should communicate more with his players.

Okay you just used 'great coach' and 'Wenger' in the same sentence... You are worrying me!!
