With all the hype currently, if there is a bidding war, Barca could maybe get around 35 mil for him.

It's obvious really. Poor positioning, not intelligent enough defending, not fast enough to make up for it.

Just not Barca CB. Sell while we can.

Those are very very minor observations (don't agree with it btw) but assuming you are right, this could definitely be improved while playing at Barca. The usual age of maturity for a defender is from 22–27 andat his peak form from 28 onwards. He is only 23 years old.

Last world cup hype player was james, and he was sold for 80m, so in current market where southampton players are worth 70m i think with bidding war he is worth just like that

Prepared to be disappointed then as there is not a club thinking he is worth even close to half of that.

You can't compare James and Mina. James was great both for Porto and Monaco before the WC hype, Mina is still an unknown. He would be a gamble for any club, so 35 mil would be more than great, it would also mean a 20 mil profit for Barca in just 6 months.

What do you disagree with? His positioning is poor, not mobile enough and not proven in high defensive line.

Tbf, none of these minor issue. I don't believe he can really improve on that, but do think he might do significantly better in some other club.

I wonder how much he would've cost if he'd been at Palmeiras during the WC.
€25-30M?

50 Million easily, in this inflated market.

He was the best defender in Brazilian serie A & would have been still be called so. Plus,

After the WC heroics, he would have been deemed a "WC revelation". Many top clubs would circle around him, Palmeiras will not sell him for less than 50M, after seeing 17yo kids going for that much sum.
