Some Belgian websites writing that Youri Tielemans will move to Barcelona in 2016, with Sky Sports as source. 1/2
While there was nothing on Sky Sports, neither on their website. It appeared on a dodgy website. #checkinformation #blindcopypasting
Exactly how good is this guy?`
Could be an interesting option for a future midfield signing.
He is considered one of the brightest young prospects in world football. Heavily being followed by big clubs.
NAME: Youri Tielemans
DOB: 7 May 1997(17 yrs old)
Club: RSC Anderlecth(Belgium PRO league)
Position: AM, CM,DM
Made his CL debut last year on 2 October 2013, becoming the youngest Belgian player to play in the UEFA Champions League, making his Champions League debut at the age of 16 years, 4 months and 25 days.
Nonetheless, with all the hype of Odegaard , Halilovic', Mastour etc. who are yet to make it to the highest level ,this kid is for real, is already playing his second season in first division football in Belgium & man o man his performances in the Champions league this season(2014-15) were something.
He's 5' 10" at only 17 yrs age , he has a muscular build and is immensely cool in possession & in picking out vertical passes from deep to initiate attacks.
Cool, calm and level-headed at the age of 17, with two seasons’ worth of Champions League and Belgian Pro League experience on his CV already, Tielemans is impossible to ignore.
Usually deployed as a defensive midfielder, Tielemans’ strengths lie in his ability to protect the backline and use possession wisely. The most exciting thing about him is his calmness and composure, which would be more befitting of a central midfielder twice his age. He is unflappable in the centre of the park and moves gracefully with the ball at his feet.
Interestingly, unlike many defensive midfielders, the 17-year-old also has some pace to his game as well, which means he is able to slip away from challenges when in possession of the ball and surge forward to set Anderlecht on the front foot. He is a defensive player, who acts as a brilliant outlet going forward.
He has maturity beyond his years, not putting the ball at risk and playing sensible football, which goes some way to explaining why Anderlecht were such a handful against the likes of Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund and Galatasaray this season. Tielemans completed 86% of his passes at home to Dortmund and 88% against the Gunners at the Constant Vanden Stock stadium.
Another thing that is impressive with Tielemans, more so than with other players his age – and some older players – is his ability to use both feet expertly. He can deliver crosses with his left and right and is known in Belgium for his exquisite set piece delivery.
Tielemans played every single minute of Anderlecht’s first five Champions League group games this season, then featured for just 22 minutes in their final outing – showing what a vital and regular member of Besnick Hasi’s squad he is.
He was employed as a DM ,CM in this seasons CL group stages vs Borussia Dortmund, Galatasary & Arsenal(imagine that.. a 17 yr old in the CL vs the borussia sharks)

I personally think it is a super ,'super' piece of news if the rumour is true. While it is wrong of me think that Odegaard, Halilovic', Mastour wont blossom into world class talents ,statistically odds of wonderkids making it to their potential are very low.
Grounded clever kids who are football intelligent like Samper & Youri, {and iniesta & Xavi when young} are different however. Of the 5 aforementioned which 2 i'd bet my money on to make it to the top is very clear to me.
He has won the Belgian Pro League once already and has two Belgian Super Cups to his name, as well the individual honour of Young Footballer of the Year for last season, which is not a bad haul for a 17-year-old. Most footballing teenagers across Europe are still battling for a glimpse of the first team, whilst Tielemans is one of the stars of it.
Fucking hell, Messi level through ball from Tielemans : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b7CLkrocAyA
