To be fair i still prefer Ibrahimovic's goal, i couldn't believe it at the time.

Mexes is still cooler though.

People just say Ibra's was better because it was Ibra and it was against England. It was still just a friendly and into an open net. Mexes was with the keeper still there AND the Champions League.

Exactly. Goal of the century reduced to goal of the week.

No, they say it because it was much, much harder to pull of. Unrealistic. Impossible, yet obviously not.

Mexes goal, half the players out there scores it with the right amount of luck. Its incredible, but realistic.

Mexes goal might still be nicer though, to each of his own. Its way more "clean".

Mexes gol was infinitely better than camel face's. For a start Mexes scored his in an actual game of football, not some meaningless kick-about in Stockholm.

You're kidding right? Ibra's was much better due to the sheer difficulty.

And instead of England he faced the mighty Anderlecht.

If anything, arguments like that are meaningless. Normal human players wont ever score Ibras goal with no opponent. And they will score Mexes goal 1 out of 5 000 times without an opponent.

I don't think your in any position to belittle an opponent when your trumpeting a friendly, FRIENDLY, against England.

Normal human beings don't get the chance to score great gols like Mexes did. Ibra has had that chance many times and never does, because he has the mentality of a 3 year old. Thats why your having to parade a complete non-event of a goal in a friendly.
