Zlatan Ibrahimovic

He is a given future legend, he just happens to coincide with Messi. That shoudnt take anything away - of course he is a 10 and of course people know it.

In the light of Ibra, star players just look dumb downplaying their qualities. :worthy:

he is very talented and will be remembered but lets get real, he wouldn't have been able to compete at Ronaldinho's peak, or Ronaldo's (one and only Lima) either.

there have been many more talented players than him seeing as he couldn't dictate a game like a peak Zidane, Riquelme, Veron or Pirlo (to name a few) either or score like the best scorers in a tough game.

Hardly even comparable, but not really the way you are thinking. Ibra is a living career achievement-award, dinho was 2 amazing years (I still youtube those years, so dont be all pissed).

As for Ronaldo you are only getting silly.. Oh, so he wasnt better than the what might be the greatest ever. That must mean he is not a legend.

What I am saying is that if Ibra is not a destined legend, it woudnt be much fun to look at the history of fotball. We´d even start to debate whether or not Zidane is worth a mentioning. :icon_neutral: You might say Zidane was even better, but he is still somewhere up there.

(for the record I rate Zlatan above CR, but even if you dont he would be third attacker this generation - then add the continuity factor)

Or the guy that played dream-team Barcelona away in a CL quarter, and outperformed every player.

Hahaha, wow! When you put it that way, it just seems even more pathetic . Spend 10ish years of bunny-hopping the top teams in Europe in order to win the ChL, and THAT's the legacy you leave behind? Ouch, tough break, Ibra!

In all honesty, labeling Ibrahimović as "the guy who hops around Europe's best clubs in search of a CL trophy" is kind of exaggerated. The only move he made in the recent years that could have helped him lift the trophy is his move to Barcelona. But the club wanted him. He definitely didn't go to Milan or PSG afterwards to win the CL. He is a wanted player, and as much as I dislike the idea of players being market products and players switching clubs so often, what Ibra has accomplished so far is fantastic. Last year he carried Milan on his shoulders for the entire season and gave a great Euro performance at age 30, and continues to shine in PSG. Kudos to Ibra. He's just been very unlucky to never achieve a big award. I, for one, think that he should've been included in FIFA's World 11 instead of Falcao. He's been immense everywhere he went.

Best striker in the world without a doubt.
This guy can do things that Falcao,Cavani and Van persie can only dream of doing.
True modern legend.

I doubt he'll go to RM. But I like the thought of him leaving anywhere because the possibility of Thiago Silva being on the market increases, as well.

Bazinga!
"... Ibrahimovic has either scored or assisted 55.7% of PSG's 61 league goals this campaign - the highest in Europe's top five leagues, ahead of Lionel Messi (55.4%) of Barcelona, Aston Villa's Christian Benteke (52.7%) and Atalanta's German Denis (52.7%)"
