So do I but I'm not that confident if we lose a few games we'll have a new board and/or coach because if so I'd pray for it.
if we lose all important games this season then elections are definitely coming in summer 2015 which = new board & new coach

new coach, perhaps, new board? Not a chance. Not unless we go on a streak where we lose every single game for the next month before losing 15-0 on aggregate to man city to be put out of the CL, in that case, we might get an election, if we're lucky.

Nice cover.

Hoo-fucking-ray !

My internet is slow as f*** so I can't read all 9 pages, but the fact that everyone saw straight through the scapegoating is cause for celebration !!

Puyi leaving for now is also a wise decision. The dominoes are going to fall, whether or not Barto himself pushed the first one is irrelevant !

Laporta to come back ASAP! Please, everybody, take a stand, no one managed the club so well in the past 20 years like the staff members of the Laporta era... it's so obvious now, bring him back before this fortress falls down and has to be rebuilt all over again, for the sakes of this marvelous club, that we all love so much.... there is nothing political in this, considering I am far away and can't actually know what is really going on to the detail, so it's just pure love for the club. VISCA BARCA!

I'm curious.
What happens if the laporta board comes back in and nothing changes in terms of the running of the club and the performances?

That's exactly what I think. People just assume that Laporta has all the answers, but they forget that Laporta struggled too in his time and there was a reason that socis voted him out and gave vote of confidence to Rossel. The only hope is that Laporta is a leader, will have Cruyff as adviser which might lead to success.

A good question, but...

The last time when Laporta was here, he "produced" two golden generations of our team:
-- Rijkaard's team and Pep's team

-- so, basically, in the whole history of Barcelona, we managed to win only one Champions league title (in 1992 with Crujff)
-- and then, Laporta alone managed to "create" 2 awesome generations of players
-- basically, he is responsible for our last 3 titles Rijkaard-Pep-Pep (3 out of 4 Barca's titles in the whole history)

Just a few comparisons about Laporta's last era here with Rossell's era:
1. Laporta is a much better man in personal than this freud Rossell who managed to do all this mess with Neymar's transfer and with transfer ban
2. Laporta's coaches were Rijkaard and Pep
-- Rossell's coaches were Pep, Tito, Tata and Lucho
3. Laporta "created" two new cycles
-- the first one with Rijkaard when he bought 15 new players and build a winning team who will play both with him and later under Pep
-- the second cycle was with Pep, and Laporta "allowed" a new era, a fresh cycle, and selling of all dead superstars (Ronaldinho, Deco, Guily etc)
4. Laporta's sporting director was Txiki Begiristain
-- Rossell's director was Zubi, lol

There are no guarantees that things will work well with Laporta, but that guy at least "knows" how to create a new era and a new success.
Rossell never showed that he knows anything.
He just continued on Laporta's success and later ruined the club like Gaspart.

A question: are you sure that Laporta will be better than Rossell is almost equally offensive as a question: "are you sure that if Pep would come back, that his team would have a better ball and player movement and a better gameplan than current Lucho's team? Lol
-- yes, that is exactly how absurd the question is

Laporta will surely kick out 10 players from the current team, buy 2-3 new leaders for the new generation and buy a bunch of younger players with hunger (players which come to my mind are players like Reus, Koke and similar)
-- when he was the president, his sporting directors and coaches bought younger future superstars lie Etoo, Ronaldinho
-- Rossell was only interested in creating galacticos with too expensive signings of forwards like Neymar and Suarez

Also, on top of all, Laporta was already a president and he learned some things.
He knows how to build a winning team (he did it twice), but he also probably learned what he did wrong and he will do it better/differently this time.

So, Laporta is not a rookie.
On the other hand:
-- Rossell is a fraud, idiot and a rookie
-- Zubi was a rookie
-- Lucho was a rookie

Laporta is something like Ancelloti, Mourinho and similar coaches.
He is the guy who already won some things and he probably knows how to repeat it.

Rossell on the other hand, lol. I don't even need to explain.
A clown in all areas.

Let's hope Freixa convinces enough people to leave, if bartomeu refuses to call early elections. I can't believe freixa, of all people, could manage that now.

I would consider giving Freixa a position in the new board if he managed to do this. But im not holding my breath.....

Ok, so why was he voted out/not voted back in? Were the Soci that easily fooled by Rosell?

He wasn't allowed to,he won to times and that is maximum consecutive number allowed ,but he has a bit personality problem .he is a guy who lives his own life in a "non-presidential" manner .dating adult models and etc ,with a campaign against his financial model ,overrating his role in R10 signing Rosell had an easy win against Laporta puppet think his name is Jaume Ferrer, you know unless you are in Russia people don't like a president who is puppet
