    Barça's Transfers and Rumors

It does unless you have good scouts. Which we don't.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v3

As soon as Sabella ditches the 5-3-2 and returns to Argentina's usual formation, Messi's crap game turns great. Coincidence? I think not. The tactics fucked him over in the first half.

    Cesar Azpilicueta

    Welcome to Barcaforum

    David Luiz

Meanwhile we sell Fabregas for 33m...

Then put 40-45m on the table.

Alexis Role Next Season at Barca

Changing tactics won't automatically make Messi unhappy. Argentina's tactics are way different from Barca's, and he seems pretty happy with them.

    Alexis Sanchez

This. I wouldn't sell Sanchez for any price. Unless we have a better replacement lined up, but there is no RW out there who we can realistically get who'd be an improvement on Sanchez, so yeah...

    Andrés Iniesta

Maybe it's because most of our players play for Spain?

    Chelsea

Remember, Scolari wasn't calling Costa up. Had he not chosen to play for Spain, he'd either be benched in favor of Fred, or not even called up for the WC.

    Chelsea

Who should he play? Fernando "finished since 2011" Torres?
  13. darthvader7888

    David De Gea

If it were DDG or Valdes in goal, Holland wouldn't have scored more than 3 goals.

    Xavi Hernández

+1 And the days of him playing 60 games a season should definitely be history.
  15. darthvader7888

    Iker Casillas

Yup. Wtf was he doing when Godin scored?
  16. darthvader7888

    Xavi Hernández

Well, we can't sell him without having a replacement lined up. Rakitic should be more of a squad player, definitely not Xavi's replacement. I'd buy Gundogan now and keep Xavi as our starting CM while Gundogan recovers.

    David De Gea

He should, and many coaches would. Still, VDB is stubborn, so I agree that Casillas probably won't be dropped.
  18. darthvader7888

    Ivan Rakitić

The thing is though, Gundogan would be cheap right now. I can understand waiting until next summer to buy him, but buying him now could pay off big time.

    David De Gea

He'd definitely deserve the #1 spot if he weren't injured. Would have been cool to see him play in a world cup :(
