I can't fathom how Luis Enrique would make such a decision that Sport claimed, knowing the risk of potentially losing MAtS. I find it hard to believe.

why? mats was never his first choice goalkeeper. as long as lucho is our manager, bravo will be the first choice goalkeeper. lucho doesnt give a shit about long term solution in regards to our goalkeeper situation. bravo will be able to play for another 2-3 years.

As someone mentioned in another thread right now all our decisions are being taken to get the best out of the present team because we have Messi and this fantastic frontline. Developing youth really isn't high on our list and is more incidental due to rotations like in the case of Rafinha or Roberto. This is probably as it should be because it makes sense that we capitalize on our advantage. For Mats this is not a great situation to be in. The only way for him to improve is to get regular playing time. Otherwise he will remain in this repeating cycle of showing promise in one match and then getting exposed for his shortcomings in the next. So I wouldn't blame him if he decided to leave right now. At his age loan deals are unlikely though.

We had a poor 2nd keeper in Pinto in his last season. It didn't look good.
And now some of you are calling for Stegen loan or sale. Yeah, that would be good for Barca.

Ideally I don't want him to go on loan and want him to work hard for the starting place. But main important thing is to have one GK for both League and CL. I feel we will have better chance at both the titles that way. And that means one GK will not get enough minutes.

Sport is as reliable when it comes to news as a blind man, Suffering from Parkinson disease, is reliable at diffusing bombs.

Then he needs to be told by the club to start caring. We should not be fixated on the current one or two seasons, we should be planning ahead.

Sport is already starting with their crap. They're saying that LE is making an example of Ter Stegen and Bartra.

That "Crap" is almost entirely true. Bartra should probably leave because he gets close to zero minutes and Mats really did get shut down at the CWC amidst plenty of clubs that would love to have him.

It's SPORT. No one should believe their crap.

From January to March we have a game every 3 days, there's no way Lucho plays Bravo every match.

There's cdr games too.

And the rumors started. Catalunya radio supposedly reported Liverpool would be interested, and that MAtS would consider.

iirc the same thing happened this summer, but by some daily mail or something. If I was mats I would reject with my eyes closed.
