he is not saving shit. the only time he saves is when strikers hit him. look at his position at the first goal, he dont move at all from his poor position to a better one. cillessen was freaking good in those few matches he got. should start him more often then stegen.

Why does he get frozen so often? Keep your feet agile at all times. If he's not caught looking as the ball sails into the net, he gets wrongfooted at the worst possible times. The guy can make incredible saves at times, but his fundamentals are all wrong.

imo he could've done better on the 2nd one, but the other ones were way out of his reach and that claim with "positioning" is laughable, show me one goalkeeper who guards the long post. People are kneejerking heavily here.

Yeah that's all we can say in his favor, every time. But a world class GK would also save a high xG shot every now and then.
Also it is not like he did not have no oopsies tonight.
