Mats and Frenkie are the embodiment of Barcelona's mentality. Decent players, but weak as a noodle in terms of character.

Neuer and Mats couldn't be more different in terms of mentality. Polar opposites.

Sadly true. We underestimate the amount of mental strength what goes into the game. It's not all about skill, physical state but also mental. Some players will always crack under pressure, some players thrive.

He's the Human Highlight Film of goalkeepers. Every goal conceded is golazo.

I can safely say barca was never blessed with good keepers.. Bravo was somewhat an exception

Too many people in football are too biased towards youth.

We got rid of Bravo so that we could have Mats for the next 10-15 years.

We didn't get a good a deal neither short term or long term.

But Mats is taller (5 cm) than Bravo, physically stronger, and German. He is the Ubermensch as per your description. What went wrong?
