He chose the guy who warmed the bench behind for a couple of years in Gladbach over any other GK

If Barca sign a GK that would push him I bet he'd be asking for a transfer himself. He just cannot handle competition.

He was one of the few that would give it to Suarez and Messi for not helping defensively and was not intimidated by them.

Fair play to him for sticking to his ideas and not trying to placate the plebs who wet the bed at someones 'team mates' choice.

Too bad he didn't use some of that energy to save some of the shots he faced in all those embarrassing defeats. Also went crying to the management when he wasn't able to beat Bravo fair and square for the #1 spot

Exactly. His wannabe leader-like persona is hilarious. In reality, he's a scared insecure keeper who shits the bed whenever the pressure is on.

The players he picked instead of Messi and Suarez just so happen to be his BFFs of many years and in their current state and form hardly represent his 'ideas' better than current Messi/Suarez. Same amigo attitude all of you hate.

Btw, if you wanted to show how little you care about something so banal as someone's 'team mates' choices and how ridiculous all of us "plebs" are, joining in the discussion and dragging everyone else was probably not the way to go.

Genuinely think he passed the ball better than any Real Madrid player today.

Came for crosses and cracking save when 1-0.

Top performance.

Yeah, agreed, he was good today... First good game in a long looong time, hopefully he can keep this form until he gets transferred at the end of the season, hahaha...

Smacking Casemiros annoying face was one of the highlights of this evening. He should do it more often. (Surprised he actually jumped out for it!)
