had one to forget thats for sure.

Alot of people -other than barca fans- dont rate him, but for 3/4 years now he's been very consistent and made some huge saves for us in big games. We got the result in the end, and he pulled off a good save from kaka? (i think) towards the end .. doubt it will damage his confidence at all.

I agree one game doesn't change anything, but he is not the best spanish GK, not in a million years. I don't wish he'd be one any less then you do, but you can't compare him to Iker.

I'd take Valdes over Casillas any day. Sure, Valdes f*cked up twice during the game, but over the last season he's performed better than Casillas, especially in the league.

Valdes: 11 consecutive clasicos unbeaten (all time record)
Casillas: 49 goals conceded in clasicos (all time record)

Did you notice how Casillas hoofed the ball up to Valdes even though he had two defenders with acres of space available for a pass?
