actually Messe has really good talents, and he is improving himself over the time. The only thing that I am worried about is selling messi to another club. Messi is the Giant after Maradona !
They both have the same skills for their position.

When you get Messi to 50 goals on Football Manager. That's an outstandingly good thing. In fact its difficult, my max for him is 53 in one season. And that's a game.
