He can be as much a provider. Hes just so spectacular in the final third that his playmaking is underrated. His vision and passing isn't Xavi-like(but then no one is) but hes very able at picking a defense-splitting pass/near perfect through ball to his teammate. Its not some new phenomenon we are witnessing with regards him. Those who've followed his career should know it.
