Yep. Pretty simple actually.

IMO Villa has more technique than Torres does though Torres can head better. I think it's fair to say that Villa suits Spain better while Torres EPL.

(Sometimes Torres can have a pretty bad touch, make the ball go too far from his feet and still not suffer as many defences hold a higher line and he can compensate with his speed. Sometimes it actually helps him score goals )

Premier league is a tougher league, harder to suceed so for a spaniard to come into the league and score 33 goals in his debut season and has a lot of injuries the season after that but still managed to score some goals is pretty darn impressive.

And let's not forget that he was the third best player in the world last year (ballon d'or) and what was Villa?

Torres, Nasri, Robinho, Fabregas........Lampard, Gerrard, Malouda would all flop in La Liga because of their lack of technical skill. Ronaldo who was the king of the premiership will struggle to adapt to La Liga.

Villa is much more selfish than Torres I think.. Really annoys me when I\m wathchin Spain on Tv.. feels like if torres has scored villa just has to score, and then when he gets substituted he allways angry. Torres seems to have a better personality than villa.

torres is SO selfish for spain (or when playing in/against spanish teams). he's constantly trying to prove a point to his countrymen after being a massive waster when he was last there. villa, apart from trying to score himself, is always looking to set torres up. a good recent example is the confederations cup vs. new zealand. torres already had one, and villa charged into the box and cut the ball back for him to make it two. a less recent one is the euros when he went over to celebrate with nando after he had merked russia with his hattrick.

torres is more complete because he's great in the air whereas villa is only good. but really it doesn't matter who's more complete because villa is better at what counts.
