It's UEFA Best Player-award. The top 3 was separated with preliminary vote, and the winner will be decided end of august by another, live vote.

I know I'm being blasphemous, but Kießling was the top scorer of the Bundesliga. Still didn't get the best Bundesliga player award. I'm surprised Ronaldo even made it to the top three.

Hope Messi will get it, but since he will win the Ballon D'or (fingers crossed) , I'd be okay if Ribery ends up getting it.
