Are those Messi wants a raise rumours actually true? if not why would Faus commend on it like that rather than saying he didnt ask for the raise?
Feels kind of disrespectful that an injured Messi keeps asking for more money while already being paid so much that when his career is over his grand children's grand children will never have to work in their life.

And do you think that when Faus referred at Messi with "ese senor", he was being respectful? Or when Tito forced an injured Messi to play against PSG and Bayern because the team was uncapable of having one shot on target? Or when Neymar got 40M euros to sign with Barca and say that we were the only club for him? Because IMO, that's what started all this.

I really doubt he's asking for a raise. He has gotten one every other year and by my knowledge it was always Barca who offered him an improved contract.

Before the raise in January? his last one was when Laporta was president, in 2009. So is hardly every other year.

If Barcelona sell messi before he is on the decline I would lose interest in all football, no amount of money can buy the best player ever.
