Godin tells Miranda to hit Messi's thigh as he seems to have a problem there

The injury us a shame but lets not overreact. Plenty of players go through injury spells and Messi wil probably miss 2-3 games at most. It's better to deal with this thigh problem now and recover fully from it instead of treating it lightly and having it reoccur in the middle of the CL knockout phase. I hate missing my weekly fix of Messi but for the good if the player he needs to take an extra recovery period to deal with this.

It has a lot to do with the diet. There was an explanation of it on graham hunter's book:
"Messi’s diet would now include previously unknown quantities such as fish and vegetables and these changes in the way he maintains his body have made him leaner and stronger, less susceptible to injury and quicker to recover."
You're not following me Flavia, Yesterday he suffered from a muscle bruise, which results from direct hit on the muscle, It's nothing serious, His previous injuries long time ago were the result of 'torn' hamstrings.

True, but the fact is Messi hasn't had 2 proper games in a row since last CL quarter finals. He hasn't had any such problems in years and now every second game something is wrong, whether it is injury, match fitness, or "precaution".

That's true but the injuries are on different legs, so we can only assume that the timing is no more than a coincidence, for example Puyol had a string of random injuries recently. Hopefully it's nothing serious, we should find out today.

I just pray he hasnt the same thing as Afellay who has been injured his whole life. And now and then he needs to get an operation. Just hoping Messi wont need that.
