Basically, also i'd like to say that with Pedro playing well Lucho has his other option of messi at false 9 which seems to work well if given the right midfield (Ala iniesta) behind it.

I was one who thought he was over his peak of 2010-2012, however he is very close to being back there. If he keeps this motivation and form for the rest of the season he will match his peak year.

I am being proved wrong in what I said from earlier this year. Long may that continue. He has been awesome in more matches recently.

I will admit when I am wrong.

I still stand by Messi post injury being poor by his standards. However it appears as a slump rather than anything more permanent.

Whenever I expect a lot of Leo I always end up getting disappointed, Atletico last year, RM this past clasico, Valencia etcc so I will go with low expectations and be blown away by his magic, much sweeter.
