Ronaldo will still remain a superb goal proacher in his 30's, this is the only thing Ronaldo might beat Leo at, I don't really picture Leo ever becoming a goal proacher, his going to contribute much more to his team than Ronaldo when he loses his speed

I see Ronaldo going to the MLS when he hits 33-34. Easier to score goals there as well.

Yeah a possibility, but don't be surprised if you still see him scoring lots of goals in a top league, MLS is a pretty weak league, but I could see why he'd go there, since he sees himself as the best thing this planet has seen, he will love all the attention he gets there.

I'd rather have a 30 year old and beyond Messi, as he is more talented and is going to see the game beyond the goal.

If Messi continues his god mode, he'll surpass Ronaldo's career goal tally in 2015.

Ronaldo: 411 goals in 600 matches

Messi: 385 goals in 453 matches

Ronaldo's only advantage over Messi is better athleticism and good at scoring penalties combined with the absurd amount that Real Madrid are awarded. Messi not only is vastly superior in his all around game but he has a better goalscoring ratio.

There shouldn't be any debate as to who is better. Messi is untouchable.

An old classic. One of the first games that made me fall in love with Messi's play. Before that, I used to watch Barca only for Xavi and Iniesta. It was the time when I was obsessed with Xavi and thought Iniesta was the best player in the world. Xavi's through passes + Messi-level dribbling = Andres Iniesta

But then Messi started scoring goals.....

Does anyone have any stats of how many free kicks has Messi scored compared to, lets say Pirlo or Juninho? It would be very nice to know that.

This. Anyone who says otherwise is just idiotic IMO.

Wow, didnt expect Messi is so far apart from Pirlo. Maybe he has a better conversion rate? Or at least in 2014? :)

I can't be sure of the accuracy and I don't have any year stats... but Pirlo is much older. Besides Messi isn't exactly a free kick specialist, although he's not too shabby at them.

Messi isn't actually a free kick specialist. He's just so good that he can do everything, basically.
But guys like Juninho or Pirlo are Master class, they can score from every distance.

Pirlo is good but Junihno is in his own category.
