La liga lately is a heaven for statpadding.

Its only Messi and Cr7 that are putting up stats like that, no one else and there are other teams out there that score a lot like Bayern every year or City last year yet they don't have players scoring 40+.
Messi and Cr7 are statistical outliers like Gretzky and Lemieux wore in Hockey for example. Shure right now we are in a relatively high scoring era but most of all its talent, hard work and being the focal point of a great team.

You are saying Ronaldo is scoring over 50 goals a season then only quoting league goals.

I meant while playing in EPL he scored over 40 goals. If its only relevant how many league goals he scored then surely cant say he scores over 50 a season.

Ronaldo and Messi are outscoring everyone in europe as well at the same rate.

If Barca/Real is 'heavenly' for stat padding why did Henry, Etoo, Villa, Sanchez etc all have their best scoring seasons at other clubs?

I have played yesterday for a hour and half...left my soul on the pitch, every dribble I felt like I lost energy equal to nuclear explosion. Not to say that after every counter I went back on goal.
