Uhmm guys seriously just cut it.. This constant bickering n nitpicking around for loose ends.. The guy's been throwing up since ages ago before during and after a game whether he was in form or not.. its probably just a minor issue/ritual he goes through every now and then..

ritual? "so what's your little ritual in games leo? lacing the left boot first?" "well, i like to throw up inbeween games. you know, it's just one of these little things."

when athletes throw up because of exhaustion we talk about 50 km cross country skiing or the mountain stage at the tour de france. a healthy athlete wouldn't be troubled by playing 90 minutes of football, so it is worrisome especially since it's a recurring thing. it's also neither healthy nor comfortable to throw up on a regular basis, so i hope they fix it for leos sake.

This. Whatever it is, I hope they will not overlook it. Messi really needs to take care of his body like Ronaldo does, I mean as disciplined as Ronaldo is. I remember reading a piece talking about Ronaldo's routine, he really sticks to it no matter what. That is probably what keeps him so physically fit and healthy. I certainly hope Messi will not decline physically before his talent does.

Do you have the link to that thing about CR? As much as I wish Real Madrid all the worst I think Cristiano is a decent guy off the pitch and would like to know his routine.

Do they have like a little baggie set up for Messi in the tunnel or does he just lose it right there on the ground? I'm just thinking of the liability of a puddle of vomit for someone to slip in.

Anyone else think Messi is a little less likable than he once was?

Please elaborate. I still love Messi to death, despite his imperfectness and shortcoimngs, which make him more like average joes like us. I am only mad at him when he doesn't give a damn.

that throwing up of his also worries me. i suppose it's due to him being stressed out constantly and i can easily imagine that this is just the beginning of a burn-out syndrome.
