Anyhow, i dont understand why so many of these extremely rich ball-boys have problems with these kind of things. Just pay your damn taxes, correct amount and on time. Its not rocket science. Whats the problem?

Because these thing aren't black & white. Whats legal in one country might be illegal in another, also because of the crisis since 2008 a lot of governments have cracked down on tax-exemptions, tax-havens etc just look at Luxemburg and Switserland. Rich people used to put their money in those countries and nobody really cared, now every governments want to know and get their piece of the pie.

Ok - state attorney - not judge.
I think BR got it wrong - they mentioned 'judge' instead of 'state attorney'

The judge accepted the state attorney's demand for a trial, even with the prosecutor excusing Messi. It's a weird legal system, with 2 different accusatories entities.

Lol I'll ask again, translator?

google translator:

1. The Club finds it strange divergence of opinion between the prosecution, which on September 25 last decided not to accuse Leo Messi of tax fraud, and the view expressed today by the State attorney, which says just the opposite .

2. The FC Barcelona has sent his affection and solidarity with Leo Messi and his family in this very unusual situation. The Club will continue to give full support and assistance in the legal, fiscal and administrative level to the family in this process.

3. The FC Barcelona denounces the accumulation of external decisions, totally unacceptable and that began long ago and that are outside the sport itself. Impair the smooth running of the Club, its stability and athletes that are part. The Club will continue to work more firmly than ever to defend their legitimate rights and is prepared for the new challenges that may come

You're welcome
I still don't understand completely. So if the state attorney sues on behalf of the government/tax service, than who does the prosecutor work for?

Yeah, it's confusing. they both work for the government.

1) State Attorney is Marta Silva. Former Real Madrid Director and also close associate of Florentino Perez.

2) Leo's father was supposed to be present at the court since the prosecutioner already cleared Leo's name. But State attorney has asked for trial and judge approved it. Judge also rejected the request of prosecutors to drop the charges against Leo.

3) The settlement is possible if Messi agrees the pay a certain amount. All the parties need to come to an agreement. But it has to be seen if his father has to plead guilty for the settlement to happen.( this part is unclear right now)

4) The settlement amount is probably 50% of the claim.
