95% of the people out there don't know a single detail about the trial.

Perhaps it would've been better if the club explained or let Messi's team explain the details about the trial and the inconsistencies with it.

You don't think any of those "witnesses" that allegedly saw him smoke a ton of cigarettes would've taken a picture if there was any truth to it? I mean, there are a ton of pictures of Mathieu smoking. A player that nobody gives a fuck about, but they still take pictures of him doing it.

i absolutely love the dramatizations from some of our resident non barca fans regarding the messi tax situation, especially the man.united faction. i'm sure the whole lot of you were diligently following every development in this case...or instead you read a sensational headline on gol.com or ESPN and decided to take it as the gospel when those same sources are considered inauthentic or inaccurate when it comes to news about your club, which has been nothing short of embarrassing in every aspect in the past three seasons.
