No one called it tactical walking though. It is simply conserving energy for burst of speed dribbling inside and outside of the defence, very different from Cristiano who is mainly a goal poacher, making runs to shake off defenders to score those tap ins or headers.

Arriving late woth clever movement is not a goal poacher and Ronaldo has been one of the most devastating players in the world on the break.

It is what has made him so hard to stop. Teams are in danger if defend deep or play high line.

Probably a BS but El Mundo is reporting that Messi has a clause in his new contract that he could leave the club for free if Catalonia will become independent and Barça wouldn't play in one of the top 4 leagues (La Liga, PL, Bundesliga, Ligue 1). Even if true nothing to worry about IMO.
