I'm hoping for 433 with Lo Celso, Banega, Biglia in midfield and then some combination of Messi, Aguero, and Pavon/Dybala up front. Toughest call would whether to have Messi at False 9 and Aguero inside forward or Messi right wing and Aguero up front.

It’s obvious you didn’t watch the game. We tried like hell! You are underestimating Iceland who drew against Argentina. Not to mention Argentinian players acted like bitches against us.

Granted, I've seen him 3 or 4 times and he certainly looked better than what Tagliafico showed tonight. Maybe, he's been atrocious for Argentina but so has Tagliafico. Matter of fact there are a shit load who would be nowhere near that team but here we are.

Anyway, I agree, should have Fazio and Otamendi in the middle and Rojo on the left. However, I'm doubtful Sam will do that so...We'll see if he finally sees that he should change something. Wouldn't hold by breath.

Modric was the one who said after CRO-ARG that "Messi can't do it all alone" and then "we'll beat Iceland for him".

Croatia's coach just rotated the team (rightfully) to rest their players for the KO's and potentially kick out another contender.

The way Messi acted after the game against Croatia is embarrasing. I love him but he simply had to congratulate his opponents at least his teammate Rakitic. He was the only player who didn’t do that after the game. For me he is a GOAT but he disapointed me big time in that game nevertheless I still wish him all the luck against France!

That’s a big mistake. For all the mistakes that Masch made I still trust him more than slow poke biglia.

Who even gives a shit? He went out and thats it...You see Jordan and James doing that, making fuss about it after such loss and pressure on the guy is misplaced IMO.

In any case, today I think he played great, when they where organized. Didn't lose the ball, scored stunner, put Higuain in clear cut chance and almost nicked it from FK. His problem started when fucking Mascherano did what he did and entire Argentina collapsed, while Nigeria defended like mad by parking bus. That way, its impossible to do anything...
