I'm sorry but a manager that brought a treble and then a double the following season can't be a bad manager. Nobody should really be giving him stick. I think I might agree with some of the fans who visit this site and laugh at how ridiculously harsh some are towards managers and players
We really need to get past this mindset where you cant critisize someone just because they got a result.
Lucho won things because of MSN, he just didnt need to get in the way fo it to run its course. Its Mourinho logic where you justify the means based on the result despite the poor play or downsides to something.
If Suarez plays shit every match and ruins every attack yet manages to score 35+ goals a season should you not call him out on his poor play?
With Valverde its absolutely jusified and it shows how far we fell that we cannot look past the position in the table.

Deschamps is a world class manager. He won the biggest trophy around.

I just murdered something called logic and common sense.

You can't say lucho had nothing to do with it and you can't call him a bad manager. Yes he made mistakes but what manager doesn't. Even pep has made a few. Sometimes bad results like getting knocked out to atletico or juve are just bad timing in a season like msn being tired after playing in world cup qualifiers or the midfield and defense having one of their crazy days. I'm not a massive fan of valverde but that Roma away game was a player thing bar bringing on gomes. Even with another player on the way we were playing there was no guarantee it would have been different. Lucho was only there for 3 years and helped bring some important trophies so give him some respect.

I went to get a beer out of the fridge. Think I already walked more than Messi in this match.

He has been utter shite today. Offday, 'course. Hope we pull through.

EDIT: And then he pulls another rabbit out of his ass. Haha.

Frustrating game. Can’t play a game without assisting or scoring these days, tho. I’ll give him that.
