How do you know he doesn't like Neymar? Maybe he doesn't like the way he plays? Hm...could it be....

And what if he doesn't like him. He has every right to pick his players having seen hundreds of them come and go since the 90s.
Not everyone falls for (let me put it mildly) "characters" like Neyboy.
Apparently, if you don't have his poster and don't follow his instagram, you are a hater according to "fans" who discovered Barca when Ney joined.

He is one of ours and he is doing good. If you don't like his way of playing, fine. But you can't dispute the fact, that he has a hand in a lot of goals/victories each season.

2013-14: 41/26 = 0.63
2014-15: 51/46 = 0.90
2015-16: 49/51 = 1.04
2016-17: 06/10 = 1.67

No other player in the world comes close to numbers like these except; Messi, Suárez and Ronaldo, so how about giving the guy a break.

Never saw so much division amongst 'fellow' fans on a forum.

We should also remind ourselves that we may not be so lucky to have the likes of Neymar at this club in 10 years for whatever reason, as we may not be the powerhouse we assume we are these days.

Just a thought.

Neymar is a very divisive player

When he's on song, he's my most favorite player in the world ahead of Iniesta,Suarez,Messi, Debruyne, Carrasco,Umtiti,Gomes etc etc

But when he's not, he's the most frustrating player in the world

Great player, I would love to have him in order to get some competition to the squad, but not better than Neymar, especially for the trio.

Also, needs to keeps this form for a longer time to be considered a real option.

BTW, his peak is not even close to the peak of Neymar. The short time in which Neymar was the best in the world (Messi injured) was waaaaay above Carrasco peak.

But anyway, I would love him here.

I was turning the focus away from the "hate" card that is constantly being thrown here and people bringing things on the personal level.
That "internet speech": hashtags, hate, labels, cheap sarcasm humor, etc.
Personally, I don't care much about what he does in his personal life, but as we all know, in life it turns out that apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

But Carrasco's peak hasnt yet been reached yet and he doesn't hog the ball or slow down the play :coffee:

Personally I don't find him no where near the quality of Iniesta or Messi when that wow factor is in question, but that is something subjective.
The thing is, he doesn't need to do much: pass the ball on time, be more playful with players around you, don't dribble back, etc.

These are minor adjustments, but judging by his "personality" I don't think he will do these corrections.

Say you have 80% quality of Neymar, but 20% more discipline => better player than Neymar.

Neymar can be accused of many things, but he's not undisciplined. Being an extrovert is not the same as lacking discipline.

How about confessing to hoping to see him fail and even betting on it? Because that's exactly what BBZ has done and reiterated a dozen times. Unless you mean wishing for your own players to fail, which in turn is detrimental to Barca, is okay too?

Personal level comes as much from the 'Ney haters'. Probably more so.

Constantly get called fan boys or the tired old comeback of people sticking up for him being new supporters etc.

Try and say the those things about other player and you get accused of trolling but for Ney it is open season to troll anyone who supports him or sticks up for him.
