to be clear, i'm not suggesting nor do i think this is the approach we should take. the board however are taking this approach whether we like it or not and its clear by them targeting ready made stars in Neymar, Griezmann.. even backups we have Neto (could of given youth a chance) and a backup for Alba likely another oldie in Luis
