It's probably stalling because Barca is proposing bullshit like 10m if Dembélé cures cancer and another 10m if humanity colonizes Mars etc and BVB is having none of it. They originally wanted 140-150m in cash, the whole addon thing is already a compromise to them, so I doubt they'd agree to clauses that'll likely never be met.

Dont believe this shit.. They are asking much more fixed. Dortmund made it already clear that they wont listen to anything below. If i understood it right he even said they are asking for price as a sign for the club and the league itself. Even before everything started he already said 100m would be not enough for a player like dembele...

So believe me its a pretty big number maybe even more than 150. This wont happen.... He is pretty sure this wont happen he said under 50% and i know that german arrogance very well.... Unless we want to spend everything we got from neymars cash this is impossible...

Fernando Polo from Mundo Deportivo reporting that Barca and Bvb agreed on a fixed amount of 100 Millions and that variables will be 30M.
They have to agree now on variables (Bvb don't want to agree on stupid Ballon D Or variables but on a more reasonable variables).

Very few sought-after players are bought when (or just before) their contracts expire.
The actual carrier of a player is relatively short, so in the best case the "human" kind of behavior is to let the player decide where and when he wants to play.
If you KNOW the player would rather play elsewhere, forcefully keeping him is bad for every party.
Money determines the game nowadays but it's even worse if LAW takes its place...

This is pretty much nonsense.
