You have been watching a different guy from the one i seen. The guy never lived up to the hype and at age 25 probably wont get much better than he is. We will be far stroner without him if we get the correct signings in .

Neymar isn't even better than ronaldo, Messi is untouchable for him. But yes, I agree, for brazil he plays much better(in comparison with his performances with barca) and for the reason rightly mentioned above. But i can't imagine what a stupid decision he made (just from the perspective of him wanting to be the best). If he really wanted to be the main guy , he should've gone to one of the manchester clubs. But he went to a pretty mediocre league, and no matter how good he performs, people will always question the quality of the league. Hence his chances of being mentioned in the same sentence with messi and ronaldo have just gone slimmer.

Neymar's biggest problem is consistency at his best he's incredible at his worse however he's one of the most frustrating players out there especially when things are not going right. He has the tendency to Over dribble, lose the ball and his passing becomes erratic, and he ignores teammates and the best options when he's frustrated.

No denying his talent but the man suffers from inconsistency issues and I'm not completely sure moving to PSG will completely fix that at all.
