This is indeed tragic. 4 months is a lot to play without and messidependencia is back in full force specially with suarez turning into shit. He will directly join us when we will be playing the round of 16 and it would be weird whether to play deu etc who would have been in full game form vs him who would be way fresh with no football action for 4 months. I would still play dembele then but knowing our club you can bet deu willl be played instead of him if deu provides above average performances till then.

4 months is a long time, especially when he can't play football and is forced to stay at home. He should be able to have half-decent conversations in Spanish by the time he gets back.

The problem is not only this 3-4 months, you need at least one more month to get your form back not to mention he needs time to learn our way of playing. So add at least one more month before he starts contributing to the team.

Good thing is that Sakari Orava is the best orthopedic surgeon in the world and best surgeons can shorten recovery period a bit.

I'm obviously no doctor or a man of medical knowledge, but I've noticed our injury time estimates often tend to be the worst possible outcome rather than the realistic recovery time.
