What Dembele needs to do is stop trying to create, rid him self of any tactical ability, make a back pass every time he receives the ball, half-halfheartedly jog throughout the match and add ten pounds in muscle.

Then Valverde will rely on him as a powerful workhorse and he'll start every match, no room for creativity in this system.
