I don't think we will be able to get Raphinha if Dembele stays.

Not a chance he goes to PSG. If it's not Barca, it's gonna be Liverpool, or maybe Bayern, if they decide not to renew Gnabry. And like Porque said, I think PSG are done with Brazilians for a while, I also see them going the full on French route this summer while making a clear out after Mbappe leaves. Dembele, Nkunku, Tchouameni (if Madrid don't lock him down soon) and some other notable players from Ligue 1 this season probably. (Jonathan David?)

Raphinha will prefer Barca over PSG if he has any semblance of a brain, assuming Dembele doesn't renew.

Yep. The bigger threat is Liverpool, especially if they decide to sell Salah. Bayern could also jump in late, if they don't renew Gnabry. But I think Liverpool is the biggest threat, because they're in the same league and he's acclimated himself very well over there. If he leaves PL though, I think it's only for Barca.

Raphinha is in talks with Barcelona over a summer move, GOAL can confirm, with the Brazil winger having so far ignored Leeds United's calls to discuss a potential contract extension. Raphinha's contract at Elland Road is due to expire in 2024, but Leeds have been trying to tie him down to fresh terms since late last year. GOAL understands that the Brazilian has yet to respond to the club's approach and has initiated transfer talks with Barcelona through his agent Deco - who enjoyed a stellar career at Camp Nou as a player.
Deco is the Blaugrana's representative for all dealings involving South American players and is now working on finalising a permanent transfer for Raphinha in the summer window. GOAL has learned that Deco is in the process of sorting out personal terms for Raphinha with Barca president Joan Laporta, who has publicly expressed an interest in the former Rennes star. "Raphinha is a player we really like and it's true that Deco's his agent. We've very good relationships", Laporta told RAC 1 earlier this week.

Thank God we are not getting Salah.
This transfer really hinges on whether or not Dembele will renew, I think. We are not getting a new winger if Dembele ends up staying. I have mixed feelings about whether I want Dembele to stay or not. Kinda want Rafinha instead just to try someone new.

Salah will stay at Liverpool and either renew on his terms or run his deal out and join PSG or another PL club. Maybe Chelsea depending on who acquires them and how their finances and team looks.

I personally want to keep both as we can rotate torres, demebele, raphina as our wingers, wouldn't also mind toure if we would get him for a nominal fee like 10m as well.
I'm more worried about our CB & DM issues; replacing Busi is key as we all know what will happen if we play a physical team with him in the starting 11.

Yeah, it will be either Dembele or Raphinha. Adama could be brought for cheap or maybe back on loan for another season (don't see us paying big money for him though) as a backup. It's clear we won't both renew Dembele and buy Raphinha although this would be great from a sporting perspective imo. Depending on the finances of both deals obv.
