Appeal has been rejected. Fucking incredible, this Liga... Politics rule football, unfortunately. How the heck can that ref still be doing La Liga games? Should be banned from the highest division, let him do Adelante or something! FFS

what tax business could he have in portugal?

Both Xabi and Masch have companies there who manage their public image matters, image rights etc. Both companies were founded a few years ago by Ignasi Maestre Casanovas – owner of Igmasa Gestió Management Company Servicos e Gestao, a financial investment company with branches in several tax havens - under rather strange circumstances (including Madeira of course). Maestres' company is diverting tax money to Madeira for years - one might even say it's their purpose.

Both Xabi and Masch employ some people in these alleged sham companies to cash in on tax discounts for job creation.
Furthermore, these companies "produce" costs, which are covered by the players wages - so the clubs transfer a certain amount of the players' wages directly to these companies. This money is tax-free then - there is a separate contract between these companies and the clubs.

Beware though that none of this is proven to this point. Should this be true though, and these companies are sham-companies (which will be almost impossible to prove if they did it "right") not only the players but also the clubs will have a serious problem.

As far as i know, Madeira is the perfect place for that... they belong to us (Portugal) but they have kind of a rubbish dictator winning the elections since the 80's...

How dare you criticise him, he was our best defender last season when we faced Gijon, Granada, Getafe and other relegation fodder at home. Nah I'm just being an emotional prick, wasn't his fault that we lost tonight, but you have to wonder, with that pace, that positioning and indecisiveness, is he a long term solution at center back, answer is clear.

wasn't responsible for the second goal, Tito took a risk by bringing fabregas and giving him attacking duties and mascherano was forced to cover song's place as DM, And let's not forget xavi mistake.

What to say, what to say... he is a great CB against poor teams but in difficult games I don't really trust him at CB.

Not true. Bartra would have clared the ball because he is...fast.
