Looks better than last season. Seems to have improved his first touch, spatial and teammate awareness and game intelligence. Gives the ball away a lot less. ( Although, he has come on to see games out so far ).

Dribblng and passing are also improving nicely and are at a far higher level than forum think they are.

Olympics seems to have done him the world of good. Would have no problem whatsoever with him being first choice all season.

Beside backup/rotation for Olmo until Gavi is back - we need to try him as RW/LW until Fati is back. Sure he's absolutely not a winger, but rather play him than Torres who's absolutely not a footballer. Season just started, he hasn't played much until now because he played in the Olympics of course - but he'll get his minutes and he'll be very important for us.

He can help rotating both wingers in covering Olmo's 10 spot, so Olmo can move to the right or to the left. Olmo played on the wings often enough in Leipzig for Flick to use him there when Lamine for example needs a pause. His 3 goals against Bayern, Olmo scored as left winger.
