They made me explain myself before the United Nations when, 6 months ago, I said he was better than Salah.

But this week showed you clear as day who is the better player. Big UCL knockout game and big domestic game. Lamine was a match winner in both, the other an Egyptian ghost.
Salah barely touched the ball in the cup final. In Lamine's worst game of all time he still is always on the ball, probing and being central to the play. He never disappears.
This is why eye test is all important. The work Lamine does that makes him the best in the world is not quantifiable. He does so much work outside of assists and goals. Salah only does assists and goals.

Currently Raphinha is the stat player. But everyone knows Yamal is the game winner on the team. If not him then Pedri.
Point is all I ever hear is Yamal can't score in La Liga ever and Pedri can't get assists ever.
