We are currently at the bottom of the hill but still competitive and that's opposite many thought would be.

All of this seems to be under the assumption we will be operating 1:1, which isn't bad news for folks who are obsessed with it.
If we are using the 1:4 (or currently 40%) that means the whole income thing is irrelevent
