Mr Tebas, how many more players do we have to lose before we are back to 1:1?

I'm actually really curious to see what our salary cap for this season is when released.
Surely it cannot be lower than last season. Right?
Would have to assume it's trending in the right direction.

Tebas/La Liga won't be satisfied until we sell one of our best player.

Gotta make sure he increases the gap for Madrid by any means necessary.

It's not exactly his fault that Bartomeu destroyed the club and that we've spent some of the valuable money and salary cap allowance we've had under Laporta on some questionable players like Ferran Torres, Lewandowski who's now the oldest starter in attack in Barca history as well as Vitor Roque it seems.

Few weeks ago it was all about how Laporta was showing all those that said Barca would have difficulty in signing players and was true to his word.

More Laporta shite exposed and it is back to being everyone elses fault.

Stop all transfers for 2 years until the wage bill has completed its cycle. We need to fix that more than win some random supercup or Copa Del Rey
Exactly. What's the point of going in this non stop circle of "we want x player, but we have no ffp", "we signed x player, but we are not in a position to register him, we need to clear the wage bill"....I swear, only in the life of a Barca fan two 1's separated by a colon can actually make or break a season

Guys isn’t it the healthy way to sell players first and create FFP margin before you buy a shiny toy like Olmo? Sign him when you have enough FFP to register him!

What is the point of buying players (Olmo&Nico) when you don’t have any margin and (hope!) to sell players so you can register your new signing? This club is ran by clowns.

Gundogan basically didn’t want to be blamed incase we reach september 1st and Olmo still unregistered. Thats not how you do business.

We will offload Faye and Gundogan and we will be good to go...We sold some kid to Atalanta for 2mil...It also will help.

Hope so this is enough.

I am really tired with FFP shit, it is really miracle how we still can not sign players with ease.

Not really. Sell valuable players to release salary cap... to sign players?

It's a logical fracture. The players you have to sell are valuable since the flops are something nobody cares to buy. But the valuable ones you'd like to keep because the club is aiming to achieve titles.

It's pretty simple, the club could not afford to make bad deals, even though it's normal for those to happen since the players the club has brought are not top tier.

It is difficult for a club in our situation to move past those 2 bad transfers, on top of the other problems that are clear. If the club got all right, and ferran and roque would have been valuable addition on the wing and at no9 to help the squad evolve, things would look very different today.

Too simplistic of an analysis.

You can do good business by selling valuable players for high fees and redistributing the money in a better way. You can also sell good players to get players in a position you need more.

You can also make a good sale and sell players for more than they are worth (shocking, I know, we never manage to do it).

Yeah, I know about the ideal case scenario. That almost never happens. All clubs hit some good transfers and some bad transfers. Only part of the investment can be relied on to bring in the required assets in terms of squad value.

Take Liverpool, they signed Darwin for almost 3 times the sum they paid for Mane, and yet he contributed at half the level of Mane. Naby Keita... Minamino.... examples are multiple.

Not to mention that the club know Barca have financial trouble and use this to their own advantage in negotiations.
