I have never seen so much compilations of self delusion to justify, accept or normalise stupidity as being efficient or an act of foresight. This page tops everything.
Imagine being broke at the point of insolvency/bankruptcy while driving an ultra reliable and crazily efficient 10 year old Toyota car but then decided do away with it because you felt it was too old and not modern enough, went for another loan to buy a 5 year old used and broken Vollswagen with a terrible record of repairs and replacements, and having to ask one of your children to stop schooling just so you could afford to register the Volks. Further to that, the unreliabe but expensive Volks keeps breaking down every now and then, not even available for use whenever you needed it but you only think it is wiser to experience more breakdowns of the Volks for another year before you accept that you have made a daft decision. Worse even, is justifying the panic and foolish decision with some hogwash about the fact that you had some items that you bought new but also needed repairs too, as a consolation for your dummy decisioning.
There can't be any better definition of buffoonery, ever!
